Flattening the mat, a note to help you enjoy Hockey Guys: The mat will have some creases when you take it out of the box. As it sits out on a hard, flat surface, the creases will smooth out, but if you would like to speed up the process, the mat can be ironed directly on the BACK – on medium. Please use caution as you must iron on the BACK ONLY and care should be taken as the plastic of the mat will heat up quickly. Only adults should attempt this.

    My four yr old wanted this set in the worst way and I was a little nervous that once he got it, he'd be too young to really enjoy it. What a surprise to see that he totally gets into the game play and his imaginative play is awesome, imitating all aspects of a real hockey game. The figures really can do some amazing slap shots and goal scoring. Fun for all ages! It's a very durable set and I can see this lasting a long time. This toy was a great purchase and I only wish that we could have gotten our NHL hometown team.

    I had a set of football guys when I was younger and, since my 2 year old at the time loves hockey, I got thse as a gift for him. He plays with it daily, takes it on road trips and to my beer league games where he sets it up in the stands and plays out the game while I play.

    We've since gotten a second set for his little sister and the two will play with each other daily.

    have purchased three sets of Hockey Guys for my 3 year old. The sets are played with almost every single day, multiple times a day. The first set gifted he was a little young and damaged one of the boards and hockey nets, but the durability overall is good. If you have a little one who loves hockey this is the perfect gift and the value for the money will be well spent many times over as my child spends hours playing with his Hockey guys.

    I have a 5 year old and a 3 year old. They both love this Kaskey Kids set equally...every single day it gets used for at least an hour, usually 2+ hours between both kids. They sometimes fight over the set, so we ended up getting them another set with NHL branding, but that set doesn't have numbers on the guys, so they actually don't like it as much as this set. They incorporate the set into play with other toys as well, for example they use legos to build an arena around the mat, or use their playmobil bus to "transport the players to the rink." For such a simple toy, it sparks so much creativity and brings a lot of joy to my children. I would recommend it to anyone with a hockey-loving child!
