We hope all our sets ship complete 100% of the time, but on occasion packing errors may occur and we will always work to make this right! If a set you have received from our site or from Amazon, is missing a GUY or accessory please email us at Customercare@kaskeykids.com and we will ship you the missing part immediately!
Incorrect item was shipped:
If shipped by Amazon: Please go to your order on their site and choose “Return or Replace Item” from their drop-down menu. Then choose “wrong item was sent” and they will walk you through the process.
If shipped by our website: Please email us at Customercare@Kaskeykids.com with your order number and what the error was.
If shipped by Amazon: Please go to your order on their site and choose “Product and shipping box both damaged” and Amazon will walk you through the process.
If shipped by our website: Please email us at Customercare@Kaskeykids.com with your order number.
If you have lost a piece and would like to replace it, contact us directly at Customercare@kaskeykids.com and we will be happy to email you our replacement parts order form.

We are trying our hardest to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. We know there are free shipping options out there and appreciate that you want to purchase direct!

Ground Shipping Times: All orders ship from Illinois with processing/shipping times between 3-8 business days. (Orders within the Illinois area take approximately 3 days, orders to the rest of the country can be 5-6 days, with CA and parts of TX and FL as much as 6-8 days).
**We wish these times could be faster but we use the least expensive shipping method possible so we can keep our flat rate shipping fee as low as we possibly can. We know that none of us likes to pay for shipping!
Domestic PO Boxes, FPO, APO & Military Bases: Ship via the USPS flat rate for this service.
- Expedited Orders: 2nd day air & overnight orders will ship using UPS and charged using the UPS rate for the service chosen, less our discount.
- Orders must be placed by 11am (EST) Monday – Friday in order to process on the same day. Please note that due to COVID-19, our shipping partners are not currently guaranteeing delivery dates.
- Orders placed before 11am (EST) on Friday, with overnight shipping will be delivered on Monday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday unless Saturday delivery is chosen for an additional charge.
- Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Purchases are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.
Please email Customercare@Kaskeykids.com and provide your order number and name and we will send you a return label. Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) in the email. Please print out and include the order email confirmation you were sent and include with your return. Package the item(s) and affix the prepaid label we send you to the package. The package can be dropped into the U.S. Mail at home, your office or any local Post Office.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95 when the prepaid label is used.
** Missing something in your box or have a piece that arrived broken? We hope that the set your received arrived complete and in perfect condition! But, on occasion a packing error may have been made or quality issue may appear. If so, please email us at Customercare@Kaskeykids.com and we will get a replacement part out to you immediately!
