Requirements and Process for exchanging a product for another style/team:
- Product must be unopened, unused and bought directly from kaskeykids.com (please provide your order confirmation number)
- To Return please include note requesting credit back to your card for product (no credit for shipping).
- To Exchange send a check for $4.99 along with the unit in order to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged unit back to you.
- If you are upgrading from a Classic Set to a Licensed Set (NHL or College) then please include an additional $4 to cover the product cost difference.
- Send an email to customercare@kaskeykids.com to let us know your name, address, what you are sending back, original order confirm number and what you would like in exchange.
- Send the product back at your expense:
