Requirements and Process for exchanging a product for another style/team:

1. Product must be unopened, unused and bought directly from kaskeykids.com (please provide your order confirmation number)
2. Send a check for $4.99 along with the unit in order to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged unit back to you.
3. If you are upgrading from a Classic Set to a Licensed Set (NHL or College) then please include an additional $4 to cover the product cost difference.
4. Send an email to customercare@kaskeykids.com to let us know your name, address, what you are sending back, original order confirm number and what you would like in exchange.
5. Send the product back at your expense and desired method of shipping to:

6. We will send the exchange unit back to you within 2 business days of receiving your return.
